We’ve added the option to update the name of the Performance Review application to reflect your organization's internal language. This feature can be enabled through a Help Desk setting by your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team.

From the "Past" section of the Performance Review application, you are now able to utilize the Bulk Operations tool to send bulk reminders to employees prompting them to sign their reviews.

Employee users can now select from a menu of pre-defined 360 Feedback templates when self-requesting feedback. Admins and Super Users can determine which templates are available to employees during the request process through their template library.
