Enhancements for Check-Ins, Performance Reviews & 360° Feedback

We're delighted to announce several new features to enhance the user experience for Check-Ins, Performance Reviews & 360° Feedback.

Check-In Due Dates

The addition of Check-In due dates will allow admins and managers to select a desired Check-In due date, ensuring timely reminders and better control over the check-in cycle.

Key capabilities include:

  • Selecting a Check-In due date when assigning a new template

  • The ability to add and update an existing Check-In due date & due date reminder through the bulk operation tool

  • The ability to view and filter for due date in the Check-In table

Important Note: This new feature will reveal due dates for currently assigned check-ins in the table view of the check-ins application. This applies to all check-ins except those with a custom frequency or no set frequency.


Option to Export Check-In Reports as CSV file

In addition to being able to export the graphical images from the Check-In reporting dashboard, you can now export the underlying data in a CSV format for further analysis.


Phased Performance Review Due Dates

We've added a new account setting that configures Performance Reviews to reflect separate due dates for the employee assessment, manager assessment, and sign-off, instead of one final due date.

Key capabilities include:

  • Setting separate due dates for each portion of the review cycle when assigning a Performance Review template

  • Ability to adjust the separate due dates through the bulk operations tool

  • Configuration of system reminders for each due date through account settings


360 Feedback Form Description Box

Users can now enter a statement with instructions, guidance, and/or details that the responder will see at the top of the 360 Feedback form above the questions that they will be answering.

Key capabilities include:

  • The ability to add and edit a directions/instructions statement on new and existing 360 Feedback templates

  • The ability to add a directions/instructions statement on any one-off 360 Feedback request, for both internal and external feedback
