Accessing & Tracking 360 Feedback Requests

Learn how to access and track 360 feedback requests, including pending and completed feedback, across different user roles and contexts.

Updated over a month ago

Once you’ve requested 360 feedback, you can easily track the status of pending requests. This guide walks you through how to access and manage feedback requests based on your user role, including options for sending reminders, viewing completed feedback, and understanding the different feedback views available.

Accessing & Tracking Team, Group, or Company Feedback Requests

Admin and Super users can track company feedback from their “My Company” context. Managers and Partners can track feedback by utilizing either the “My Team” or “My Group” context, depending on their role.

Once the correct context is selected, you will see three views available on the left (Internal Feedback, External Feedback, and All Feedback). All Feedback shows both internal and external feedback assignments in one consolidated view.

Within each view, there is a “Completed” and “Pending” toggle to the right. In the Pending tab, you can access outstanding feedback requests and send reminders. From the table view, you can easily see:

  • Feedback For - who the feedback is regarding

  • Feedback From - who will be completing the feedback

  • Requested By - who initiated the feedback request

  • Due Date

  • Any Project, and/or Template associated with the request

From the Completed tab, you will see completed feedback ready for review. Completed feedback can also be released to employees for review. For more information on releasing feedback, refer to this article.

Accessing & Tracking Self-Requested Feedback

Employee-level users can track feedback requests they need to complete and also those requests that they self-initiated for others to complete. Note: Manager-level users and above will need to navigate to the "Me" context to view feedback requests related to themselves.

Employees have several views available in the 360 Feedback application that will help to ensure they complete feedback requests regarding others and can also track those feedbacks they have self-requested

In the top left, users have the option of viewing the feedbacks in each section in either a list view or a grid view. The application will default to the list view.

On the right-side menu, you can toggle between three options to help track your feedback: Assigned Feedbacks, Requested Feedbacks, and Completed Feedbacks.

  • Assigned Feedbacks: The “Assigned Feedbacks” dropdown will list any feedback request that has been assigned to you to complete regarding another individual. On this page, use the three-dot menu to complete the feedback assignment.

  • Requested Feedbacks: These are 360 feedback assignments that have been self-requested, meaning that the employee requested a 360 feedback review on themselves. Beside each requested feedback, the three-dot menu will allow you to either send reminders or delete the feedback requests.

  • Completed Feedbacks: In the 360 Feedback application, you can find completed feedback regarding yourself. This page includes completed self-requested feedback assignments and also feedback that has been released to the employee by a manager-level user or above. To view the completed feedback, click the 3-dot menu and select “View Feedback.”

Important Note: Employee-level users will automatically see feedback requests related to themselves in the "Completed Feedbacks" section but ONLY those they have personally initiated and those that have been released to them. They won't be able to see requests initiated by users at the manager level or higher regarding themselves unless those items have been released.
