In addition to the manual email reminders available in WorkDove, there is a Reminders section within the Account Settings tab that provides additional options. This section allows you to specify day parameters for triggering certain automatic reminders to employees. Additionally, there's a feature to customize specific reminders for performance reviews.
Account Admins can access the reminders section by navigating to the Settings tab on the left-hand menu. From there, you'll find a "Reminders" tab.
Check-ins
If you have check-in reminders set, this section enables you to specify the time and timezone for when you'd like these automated reminders to trigger to your team.
Performance Reviews
Depending on your account settings, the Performance Review section will vary. To learn more about these variations, please visit this article.
This section allows you to set a specific number of days before the performance review due date for reminder emails to trigger to employees. You can also customize the number of days for the reminder email to be sent before and after the performance review due date(s). Additionally, you can set custom messages in the text boxes provided. Two unique tokens, (EmployeeName) and (ReviewLink), must be included in your messages.
To edit any of the fields in this section, the "Send email auto-reminder for Current Performance Reviews" option must be selected.
360 Feedback
In the 360 Feedback section, you can configure an auto-reminder email to be sent a specified number of days before the set due date of a 360 feedback request. To customize this, make sure to select the "Send email auto-reminder for Current 360 Feedback" option, which allows you to edit the Days before-Assignee field.
To ensure you apply any of the changes made on this tab, you must click "Save" in the top right corner.
