Manager Release of Feedback
Managers can now share feedback outside of review cycles, with the flexibility to protect feedback provider identity when appropriate.This provides Managers increased control over sharing feedback with their employees.
Key capabilities include:
"Release" completed feedback within the 360 application at any time via a new action in the three-dot menu
Option to share feedback anonymously by hiding submitter details
Ability to "un-release" feedback to remove employee access

Bulk Operations for Pending Feedbacks
The Pending Feedbacks expanded view now supports bulk operations, allowing admins to manage overdue requests efficiently.
Key capabilities include:
Select multiple pending feedback items
Send reminders to assignees in a single action

Refined column titles now read as 'Feedback For' and 'Feedback From'
