Whether it be an external project or an internal initiative, requesting feedback allows for multiple perspectives to be considered concerning an employee's performance.

Who Can Request Feedback?

  • As a Super User or Admin, you have the ability to request feedback for anyone in the company both internal and externally.

  • As a Manager, you have the ability to request feedback regarding anyone on your team both internal and externally.

  • All users, regardless of their role, can request feedback about themselves. However, employee-level users can only request internal feedback on themselves, which means they can only request input from colleagues and team members within the organization.

The process for requesting feedback within the 360 Degree Feedback application is the same for each user role. Additionally, depending on your user role and account configuration, you may have access to request feedback from an existing 360 template. To learn more about using templates, visit this article.

Steps for Requesting Feedback in the App:

  1. Access the 360 Feedback application by navigating to Apps > 360 Feedback. Click on the green plus button in the upper right corner of the app and select the appropriate feedback type. The options may vary depending on your account settings and/or role.

  2. Once in the feedback request, there are four tabs to be completed. Once each tab is complete, you will click “Request” in the top right corner.

  • Questions Tab:

    • You can choose from three types of questions: Likert, text, or a combination of both.

    • The Likert scale ranges from "Strongly Agree" to "Strongly Disagree."

    • You can add a maximum of 20 questions.

  • Details Tab:

    • You must specify a due date for the feedback request.

    • You may have the option to ask the evaluator for feedback on the user’s Objectives and Core Values from the current Performance Review (if one is actively assigned). The Objectives option may be hidden based on an account setting.

  • Feedback For Tab:

    • Select who the feedback is regarding.

    • Depending on your user role, your options for this tab may be limited. If you're an employee level user, your only option will be to choose yourself.

  • Feedback From Tab:

    • Select who will be providing feedback.

    • The people selector for who the feedback is from will include everyone in the Company, as anyone can request feedback from anyone. Click here for questions regarding the People Selector.

Once these fields have been completed, you will then be able to click the 'Request' button to send your feedback request. To learn more about accessing and tracking feedback requests, please refer to this article.
