We're excited to announce several enhancements to the WorkDove platform that will streamline HR processes and boost efficiency.

Admins and managers can now assign or copy the same goal to multiple employees at once by selecting more than one user under the "People Responsible" pick list. This time-saving feature simplifies goal setting for teams.

Admins can now close and finalize one or more performance reviews simultaneously using the new bulk operation. This addition streamlines review management and keeps the process moving forward.

Managers can now save check-in feedback as a draft before sharing it with employees. We've added a new button that allows managers to share the feedback when they're ready, giving them more flexibility and control over the feedback process.

Pending assignments for the 9-box application can now be exported, making it easier to track and manage talent development initiatives.

In addition to goal start and end dates, you can now track when a goal was initially created in WorkDove.

The employee email has been added as a field to the employee SSF table within the People Directory. This allows you to easily identify the stored email/username associated with each user in WorkDove. The employee email field is also included in the export view of the employee table, providing better visibility into this information.
