We’re thrilled to introduce enhancements designed to streamline your reporting and elevate your experience with simplified goals. Explore the details below, along with helpful resources to get the most out of these updates.

Performance Review Report

We’re excited to introduce the first phase of our Performance Review Reporting Dashboard, designed to provide you with quick access to meaningful metrics as you guide your team’s review activities. This initial iteration of the dashboard offers insights into overall performance review progression and status.

  • Navigation Update: As part of this enhancement, the Workplace Satisfaction Report and Check-In Reporting Dashboard have been relocated from "Pulse" to "Reports" in the left navigation menu for a more streamlined experience.

Core Values Report

Organizations using WorkDove's Performance Review application can now access the Core Values Report. This report is available exclusively to account super users and admins. It consolidates manager assessment scores for core values within performance reviews to help you identify trends, celebrate strengths, and uncover opportunities for growth across your team.


Enhanced Recognition Export with New Data Points

The Recognition app's CSV export now includes additional data points to enhance reporting insights. These new fields provide more context, including:

  • The recognizer’s position, department, and primary manager

  • The recipient’s position, department, and primary manager


New Setting Options for Simplified Goals Users

We’ve expanded the functionality of our goals application by making four settings, previously exclusive to cascading goals users, available to simplified goals users. These updates offer more flexibility and configuration options to better support your goal management needs.

    • Categories provide an additional way to label and track goals, ensuring alignment across your organization. When enabled, users can select a category from a predefined list on the "Goal Details" page while creating a goal.

    • Goal contributors are users who influence the outcome or completion of a goal but are not the primary owners. Adding contributors improves collaboration, communication, and accountability.

    • This setting restricts the ability to reopen a closed goal to Super Users or Admins only, helping maintain the integrity of goal progress and completion by allowing only authorized users to make adjustments after a goal has been closed.

    • There are two settings related to goal weighting, designed to help your teams prioritize tasks and understand which goals are most critical to the organization.
