Projects are a way to "tag" 360 Degree Feedback.

Tagging your 360 Requests lets the employee know your request refers to their interactions with that team member in relation to a specific project.

Project tags can also be helpful for External Feedback requests.

Although projects are not required they can be helpful when filtering and sorting completed 360 requests for the team.

Projects can be added by Admin and Super users by navigating to Library > 360 Projects.
