What are 360 Degree Feedback Projects?
360 Feedback Projects are a way to categorize or "tag" 360 Degree Feedback.
Adding a project to your 360 Feedback requests lets the responder know that their feedback should be in reference to their interactions with that team member in relation to a specific project, task, or initiative. Some example projects could be: new product launch, onboarding, or mid-year feedback.
Although this is not a required field, adding a 360 Project to a feedback form can be helpful when filtering and sorting completed 360 Feedback requests.
