The People Selector is a versatile feature embedded within our applications, facilitating seamless selection processes on a larger scale.


This tool empowers users to select multiple users at once and execute advanced filtering through various criteria such as Departments & Positions, Manager, and Role. Additionally, it offers the flexibility to filter by the month of an employee's start date.

Here are a few places within WorkDove where you will encounter the People Selector:

  • Assigning Performance Review, 360, and Check-in templates

  • Requesting 360 feedback

  • Providing recognition

  • Creating 9-Box assignments

Important Things to Remember When Using the People Selector:

  • People cards offer detailed information (Name, Title, Department, Location) to ensure accurate employee selection.

  • Filters enable easy searching and selection of multiple employees simultaneously.

  • The count feature in the bottom right corner helps you track the number of loaded results out of the total employees and the number of selected employees.

  • 'Uncheck Selected Employees' deselects all previously selected users, even those not currently visible on the page.

  • 'Clear Filters' removes all selected filters.

  • The Direct Reports toggle displays a predefined selection. When activated, it shows employees for whom you are the primary manager. For employee users, the 'My Team' section additionally includes those who report to your manager. Slide the toggle to reveal more users
