The People Selector is a tool that helps users easily locate and select individuals for assigning information within WorkDove.
The People Selector will be available when:
Assigning templates for Performance Reviews, 360 Feedback, and Check-Ins
Requesting 360 Feedback
Providing Recognition
Navigating the People Selector:
People cards provide detailed information including: employee name, job title, department, location, and group.
Filters, located on the right side of the people selector, enable users to quickly find specific individuals based on criteria such as: department, position, location, manager, user role, or month of employee start date.
The employee count feature, located in the bottom-right corner, helps you track the number of loaded results, the total number of employees, and the number of selected employees.
Please note: The system loads batches of 100 users at a time. In scenarios where you want to select all users, scroll through the directory until the number of loaded users matches the total employee count.
By default, the People Selector filters for users on your direct team. For manager users, the ‘Direct Reports’ toggle shows employees for whom you are the primary manager. For employee users, the 'My Team' toggle displays users who also report to your manager.If needed, turn off the toggle at the top of your filters to reveal additional users.
