There are multiple ways to send reminders regarding pending 360 feedback requests. Depending on your user role, your options will vary.
Admin, Super, Partner, and Manager Users
Admins and Super Users can send reminders for all company feedback from their “My Company” context. Managers and Partners can send feedback reminders for their downline by utilizing either the “My Team” or “My Group” context, depending on their role. There are two ways to send reminders for pending 360 Feedback requests: individually or in bulk.
Individual Reminder Option:
1. Start by navigating to the Internal or External Requests view and ensure you are in the "Pending" tab in your feedback management system.
2. Find the employee for whom you want to send a reminder regarding their 360 feedback. Next to the employee's name, you'll see a three-dot menu. Click on this menu and select “View Pending.”
3. On the next page, you will see all pending requests regarding that user. From there, click the three-dot menu beside the feedback assignment you want to send a reminder for. Then, click on the "Send Reminder" option to initiate the reminder for that specific feedback request.
Bulk Reminder Option:
To send bulk reminders you must navigate to the “All Feedback” view. This view provides a comprehensive list of all pending feedbacks. It presents these reports in an individual list view, making it simple to review and select multiple individuals who require reminders.
1. Ensure you are in the "Pending Tab" within the "All Feedback" view and locate the Bulk Operations icon.
2. Once you click the Bulk Operations tool, you can select either all pending feedback assignments or choose multiple assignments that require reminders.
3. Once you've made your selection, you'll see an icon that resembles a paper plane in the upper right corner. Click on this icon to send the reminders.
4. The system will prompt you to confirm the reminders you're about to send. To finalize the process, click the "Send Reminders" button.
Undoing a Send:
You have the option to undo the sent reminders, but this feature is time-limited. You can undo your send within 60 seconds of sending the reminders or until you navigate away from the page.
Employee Users:
Employee-level users can send reminders for self-requested feedback by accessing the "Requested Feedbacks" tab in the 360 Feedback application, which includes only requests initiated by the employee regarding themselves. Within this tab, they can conveniently send reminders or delete their feedback requests. Admins, super users, partners, and managers also have this view but will need to be in their "My Team" context.
To send a reminder, employees can find the desired feedback in the Requested Feedbacks view, click the three-dot menu, and select "Send Reminder" from the options provided.
