Enhancements for Goals and Performance Reviews

We're excited to share new features that will enhance your experience with Goals and Performance Reviews. See below for more information and any relevant resources for each feature.

Increased Limit for Custom Questions in Reviews

Users can now add up to 10 custom questions to performance reviews, an increase from the previous limit of 3. These questions can be incorporated through templates or added directly in the summary tab of individual reviews, offering greater flexibility and personalization.


Completed Self-Assessment Email Notification

Employees will now receive a confirmation email upon successfully submitting their Performance Review self-assessment. This email serves as a receipt of their submission, ensuring employees have a record for reference.


Ability to Enter Decimal Values in Goals

The goals application now supports entry of goals with decimal values, allowing for more precise tracking and measurement. This feature accommodates values up to two decimal places, enhancing the ability to set specific performance targets.


Updated Default Filter in Goals Application

The list view within the goals application now defaults to show all open goals in the system for each user role. This enhancement makes it easier to locate goals and allows for further filtering to achieve more precise views. Previously, the filter was set to display goals for the calendar or fiscal year only.

Things to note:

  • The cascading goals views will still default to the current calendar year to ensure that all goals within the cascade are visible, regardless of open or closed status. If needed, you can always extend the default date range to view additional goals.

  • Closed goals are still viewable by toggling the status filter to closed.
