Check-In Reporting Dashboard
Updated over a week ago

Our Check-In Reporting Dashboard will allow you the opportunity to quickly access meaningful metrics as you guide your team’s activity. The dashboard provides information on Check-In response statuses, manager feedback response times, and relevant sentiment score data.

To access the dashboard, manager-level users and above can simply go to the "Pulse" tab and choose "Check-Ins Dashboard" from the list.

Currently, there are four graphs featured on the Check-In Reporting Dashboard, offering deeper insights into your team's check-ins and enabling informed decision-making based on trends:

Response Statuses: This graph provides an overview of the total check-in records on a monthly basis. These totals are broken down by “Check-In only” which indicates the employee checked in but has not yet received manager feedback for this record and “Feedback received” which indicates that the check-in record also includes manager feedback.

Manager Feedback Latency: This graph illustrates how promptly managers are delivering feedback to their teams. It displays the average number of days between an employee's check-in and the delivery of manager feedback.

Monthly Employee Sentiment Score: This graph provides a concise breakdown of employee sentiment scores on a monthly basis. The color-coded bars visually represent employee sentiment by status.

Overall Employee Sentiment: Combining the information from the "Monthly Employee Sentiment Score" chart, this graph offers a glimpse into the overall trend of employee sentiment.

Filter Options: On the right-hand side of the reporting dashboard, you'll find filtering options similar to those available throughout WorkDove. Here, you can further refine your data by selecting specific managers, departments, and positions. Additionally, you can establish a date range filter to focus on data from a particular period.

Stay tuned for additional reporting features and enhancements!
