The visibility of 360 Degree Feedback responses varies depending on how the request for feedback was initiated:
An employee can self-request feedback about themselves at any time. Self-requested feedback responses are delivered directly to the individual upon submission. They are able to review these responses without additional permissions needed. Manager users and above can also view any self-requested feedback for their teams.
If the 360 feedback request was NOT self-requested, meaning an account admin/super user or manager requested feedback on another user's behalf, this feedback will not be directly delivered to the individual. In this case, the employee's assigned manager(s) and any super users and the admin users will see this feedback.
This means the employee you are providing feedback for does NOT see the feedback UNLESS it is shared with them by their manager. There are two ways this feedback can be shared:
It may be attached to their Performance Review (if this account setting is enabled).
It may be released to them for review within the 360 feedback application.
