Updated over a week ago

As a manager, you can view all completed 360 Degree Feedback for your team members or anyone in your downline. To access completed feedback, ensure you are in your "My Team" view. Admin and Super users can view completed feedback for all users in the organization under the "My Company" view.

Next, navigate to Apps > 360 Degree Feedback in the lefthand navigation menu.

Inside the 360 Feedback application, you will see 3 icons in the upper left corner. This breaks the feedback into 3 views: Internal Feedback, External Feedback, and All Feedback. In the upper right corner of the app, you will see a toggle to view Completed or Pending feedback. Ensure you are in the Completed view.

The "All Feedback" view offers a compiled list of all completed feedback, including both internal and external feedback. The "Internal" and "External" feedback views provide a grouped feedback view per individual with a 3-dot menu beside each individual's name that includes two options.

  • View Individual Responses

  • View Report

View Individual Responses

The "View Individual Responses" option provides two options for viewing completed feedback: list view or carousel view. To switch between these views, use the icons located in the upper left corner.

The carousel view allows you to toggle between all completed feedback records by clicking the arrows in the upper right corner, located under the "Close" button. Here you can view the written feedback provided in addition to any ratings on core values or performance objectives if these were included in the assigned feedback. In this view, you will also see additional details about the feedback in the righthand panel which shows when the feedback was submitted, who submitted the feedback, and more.

The list view provides a table of all completed 360 assignments for this user to help you easily locate a specific feedback record. Clicking on the 3-dot menu and selecting "View Feedback" next to the record allows you to view the content of this specific feedback. In addition, the list view provides the ability to print/export the individual feedback record if needed.

In the list view, you will also see the option to release feedback in the 3-dot menu. To learn more about this functionality, check out this article.

View Report

The "View Report" option compiles all completed 360 Feedback for a user into one comprehensive report. This report can be filtered for a specific time range to narrow down the data you are viewing for this user. In addition, you can print/export this report if needed in this view.

In the top section of the report you will see a list of all respondees who have provided feedback for this user. Below this section of the report, if your organization has included core values or performance objectives in the 360 Feedback assignments, you will see a breakdown of all ratings in addition to an overall average. Any feedback the user completed on themself will be segmented out from the rest of the data. "NR" indicates that this user did not complete any feedback about themself. (Note: the self 360 score for these sections is not calculated into the average.)

The bottom section of the report shows any written feedback provided for this user segmented by the question asked in the 360 Feedback assignment. If this question included a Likert scale option, you will see the breakdown of those responses above the text feedback. It is important to note that the report view does not indicate who provided the specific feedback.
