External Feedback is a great way to get feedback from clients, vendors, or others outside your organization on how you and the team are doing.

Manager-level users and above can create External 360 Feedback requests. Once in the 360 Feedback application, click the green plus sign on the far right and select the option to request external feedback.

On the next page, there will be a few tabs to complete before you can send the 360 feedback request.

The Questions tab will automatically populate 4 template questions to help you get started. You can change and add questions as you see fit. You can include up to 10 questions.

The Details tab allows you to select whether or not you would like to include the employee's performance objectives and core values. It's important to note that if you select this option, the values for these items will be pulled from their Current performance review. In cases where there isn't a Current review, it will retrieve data from their most recent Past performance review.

You will also need to include the due date, company name, and email address of the individual at this company from whom you would like feedback.

The Feedback For tab is where you select the individuals on whom feedback will be provided. You can choose multiple individuals from this page.

Once all the required fields are completed, you can click 'Create' and the feedback request will be delivered via email.

You can access completed External Feedback from either the External Feedback view or the All Feedback view.
