The Individual Development Plan Plus (IDP+) transforms your Development Plan from manual and uninspiring to a modern coaching tool used to empower employees along their journey.
Why the Plus at the End of IDP?
The IDP+ feature combines multiple development processes into one form, separating each by tabs. The additional tabs (Talent Insight, Improvement Plan, and Notes) aid with crystallizing employees' career development and what tangible action steps they'll need to get there.

The Development Plan tab contains a form builder with a contextualized template that will include Target Development Areas that the employee and manager may create together. Because IDP+ is configurable in the Account Settings, you may also choose to incorporate Success Measures, Task(s), Task Completion Date(s), Supporting Files, and more in the Development Plan template. Partners, Super Users, or Admins may choose to disable the Development Plan at any time.
The Talent Review Card generates a visual snapshot of the individual's talent profile that grows with the employee. Typically, this tab showcases the employee's values, strengths, risks, and development opportunities. However, the Review Card is also configurable to fit your organization's needs. The Talent Review Card is NOT visible to the employee. However, Managers, Partners, Super Users, and Admins have access if permissions are given in the Account Settings.
The Improvement Plan allows for documentation of specific observations, goals, and needed training. Partners, Super Users, or Admins may choose to disable the Improvement Plan at any time. If the Improvement Plan has been assigned to the employee, they may formally acknowledge it as seen in the screenshot below.
Manager Notes give managers a simple note-taking tool to keep private notes about the employee's progress and other thoughts in one singular place. Manager Notes are NOT visible to the employee. However, Managers, Partners, Super Users, and Admins have access if permissions have been given in the Account Settings.
