Configure Your IDP+
You are ready to get started with the IDP+ app! Below are simple steps to help configure IDP+ to fit your organization's needs.
Keep in mind the entire organization will use the configured form you create. To get started, follow these steps below.
Tab Labels
For users who have been granted Admin permissions, navigate to Settings>Account Settings. In Account Settings, click the IDP+ Configuration tab. You will automatically land on the Development Plan tab where you will see the option to configure the tab label and change it to your preferred verbiage. You have the option to change tab labels under the Talent Insight, Improvement Plan, and Notes tabs as well. In the screenshot below you can see how the tab label was changed from Development Plan to Individual Plan, for example.
Permissions
The Permissions drop-down menu allows you to select which user roles can have access to see the particular tab in IDP+. When setting permissions for Talent Insight and Notes, you will notice that 'Employee' is not listed as an option as these tabs are automatically hidden from employee users.
The Individual Development Plan
The Development Plan Form Builder is the road map and primary component of the IDP+ feature. When configuring the Form Builder, follow the steps below.
Select the Green Edit button at the bottom of the column to begin configuring the Form Builder.
You may also choose to delete a column by selecting the red trash can icon.
Once you select the Green Edit button, you can configure the Column Header ( the shaded gray area). If you edit the Column Header, the Column Name also changes. You may then type out your Description of each column. Every column can be edited.
To add columns to the Form Builder, Select the teal plus button labeled "Add a Column" (as shown in the screenshot above) at the top right corner. You can create up to 10 columns in total. The number of columns you make will be standard on the Form Builder in every Individual Development Plan.
The Talent Insight Tab
Talent Insight, or the Talent Review Card, is part of the "plus" in IDP Plus. This matrix highlights the employee's entire talent profile. You have the option to configure permissions, the Tab Label, and Title Labels and Descriptions.
The Improvement Plan
The Improvement Plan is another bonus tool in IDP+ that provides insight into employee goals, training needs, and more. The components in this document that can be configured are

Title and Description Labels
Notes Tab
The Notes Tab is a place to jot down private general information regarding the employee. These notes will only be visible to Manager users and above. Your configuration options in this tab are the Tab Label and Permissions.
