Did you mistakenly mark a review as being complete and now need to make changes before it is approved?
If your account requires Administrative Approval for reviews and it has been submitted for approval the record will then become "read only".

If the review has NOT yet been approved the Administrative users and Super users are able to reset the record back to a draft status to allow changes.
You will need to mark the review as being complete again to resubmit for approval.
Administrative & Super User - to revert the record back to a draft status -- toggle the "Assessment Complete" field in the "Approval Process" section back to "No".
This will email the manager(s) to let them know they can make additional changes.
