How do I attach 360 records to reviews?

You may want to attach specific 360 feedback records you find helpful to an employee's review. Administrative and Super users, by design, have the ability to attach records to the reviews.

If you are a manager user and would like the ability to attach these records this option must first be enabled on your account by the Administrative user.

Any 360 Feedback Records attached to a Performance Review will be visible to the employee once the review has been marked completed and signed by the manager.

Follow the steps below to attach records.

  1. Select the appropriate performance review.

  2. Using the sidebar, select the 360 Feedback tab.

  3. Select the appropriate 360 Feedback record.

  4. Once you are viewing the selected feedback record in the sidebar use the checkbox.
