Once a performance review has moved to the "Past," tab it is no longer able to be edited. If changes need to be made to a "Past" review, an Admin or Super User can revert the record back to "Current" status.
How to Revert a Past Review to "Current"
Locate and open the appropriate review record in the "Past" tab.
From the three-dot menu, select the option to "View Past Review."
Then, navigate to the bottom of the Approval tab. Under the "Revert Approval" field, select "Yes" and then click "Save."
Important Note: In some cases, you may be unable to revert the record to "Current" status if it contains deleted values, such as Core Values, Workplace Behaviors, or Goals. Reverting such records would result in the removal of associated values and comments. If you encounter this, please contact WorkDove support for assistance.
Editing a Reverted Review
After reverting the record to "Current," it will revert to the "Awaiting Self-Assessment" stage of the review process. Both the employee and manager can then edit their respective portions and mark them as complete once more. If approval is enabled, the review will need re-approval after modifications.
Following this, the manager must sign the review again, returning it to the "Past" tab. It's important to note that reverting the record will remove all signatures. Consequently, both the manager and the employee must sign the review again once final edits have been made.
