Whether you are attaching a document to your own self assessment or attaching a document to a team member's review the steps are the same.
You can attach up to two (2) documents in a review. If you have more than two documents you may want to combine them as one.
To attach a document to a review, follow the steps below:
Navigate to your assessment or team member's review.
Under the Summary tab scroll to the bottom to access the Attachment option.
Provide a title for the document you want to attach.
Use the Choose File option to select the appropriate document.
Attachments are included in the autosave function of the assessment/review form.
If you need to delete an attachment, use the "Delete existing attachment" option.
