Goals and OKRs Report View

While the Goals feature is robust with many customization options the interactive and visual nature of the report view makes it easy to see how goals are aligned.

  • Navigate to Engage > Goals or OKRs (feature label depends on the chosen feature set)

  • Select Report View

This will direct you to the Cascading Report View. To view Objectives or Key Results Not Aligned - select the appropriate option in the icon set.

Each Card includes:

  • Title

  • Person Responsible

  • Quarter (if enabled)

  • End Date - Red / Yellow / Green indicator based on days until end date

    • Red: "1 day(s) past end."

      • Shown when Goal end date has passed.

    • Yellow: "29 day(s) until end."

      • Shown within 30 days of goal end date

    • Green: "31 days remaining."

      • Shown when goal end date is more than 30 days away.

  • % Complete

  • Status - At Risk, Needs Attention, On Track (Red / Yellow / Green indicator)

  • Category (if enabled)

  • Alignment Icon (if aligned to a parent)

  • Dot Menu to view, edit or (if you have access) create a supporting Goal or OKR

For Manager users and above - the report will load all 1st level goals / OKRs, then 2nd level, then 3rd level. Click a card to view 2nd level aligned and then click a 2nd level card to view the Individual goals or key results aligned.

Click on cards to show cascading alignment.

For employee users - the report will load the goals in reverse order. It will first load their 3rd level goals, then 2nd level, then 1st level. In order for the employee to have access to the goal report the Administrative user must enable the report by selecting the Enable Employee Cascading Goal Report setting option.

For all report options - filter options must be applied by column.
