WorkDove’s dashboard and apps are designed to filter for your direct reports to simplify your view. However, if your direct reports are also managers/supervisors, you can view any employee in your downline.
Searching for Employee Snapshots
You can search for anyone in your downline by using the ‘Search for Employee’ feature at the top of your dashboard. This will populate a quick snapshot of their activity and progress within each application.
Accessing Your Downlines and Their Reports
When viewing your dashboard, under the “MY TEAM” view, you will see a list of your direct reports. If these reports are also managers/supervisors, this will be indicated by the blue people icon in the bottom right corner of their avatar/initials.
If you click on an employee under MY TEAM, it will navigate you to an employee-specific dashboard which allows you to manage or view records for that individual.
If this individual has direct reports, this will be shown on the left-hand side of this dashboard. You can continue to click individuals in this menu to view your cascade.
Viewing Your Downline in Specific Applications
Most applications will have a default filter applied to show only your immediate direct reports. However, in the application, you can view anyone in your downline. To expand your view, click on the filter icon in the upper right corner of the application.
After clicking the filter icon, you can remove the manager filter by clicking on the minus sign in the bottom corner. Then click the ‘Apply Filters’ button to see the expanded view for this application, showing your entire downline.
