Reviewing Manager Feedback on Check-Ins

As your team members check in, conveniently monitoring the last instance of Manager Feedback is simple. Easily access this information directly from the main table in the Check-in application.

In the table, you'll find details such as the employee's latest check-in date and the most recent feedback from the manager.

For a more in-depth examination, click on the three-dot menu next to the employee's name. This action will open up additional data pertaining to the manager feedback they've received. Once the menu is open, select "View Check-ins."

While in the List view, you can assess the status of the manager's comments. The interface provides the date the feedback was given and indicates whether the employee has viewed the feedback, offering a comprehensive overview of the feedback process.

For an in-depth analysis of manager feedback trends across your organization, head to the Check-Ins Report under the Pulse tab. This report presents a monthly breakdown of total Check-Ins, distinguishing between Check-Ins only and those accompanied by manager feedback. Additionally, you'll find a monthly breakdown of Manager Feedback Latency, providing insights into the average number of days between employee check-in and the delivery of manager feedback.
