In WorkDove, managers can easily access the dashboards of their direct reports, giving insight into progress across Check-Ins, Performance Reviews, 360 Feedback, and more.
To View Direct Reports' Dashboards:
Log in to the WorkDove platform.
Select "My Team" from the blue Navigation Selector in the top left corner of the screen.
Click on a team member’s name to view their individual dashboard and details.
Once you select a team member, you’ll have visibility of all dashboard cards associated with the applications in WorkDove the user has access to.
