Signing and Viewing Your Performance Review as an Employee

Role Access: Everyone

Important Note: Manager-level users and above should ensure they’re in the correct context (e.g., "Me") in the upper left-hand corner of WorkDove. You will need to be in the "Me" context to sign personal reviews.

To view and sign your finalized review, navigate to Apps > Performance Reviews. Once in the application, navigate to the "Past" tab.

In the "Past" tab, you will see all completed reviews that have been signed by your manager.

If you don’t see the review in the Past section, it means your manager has not yet signed and finalized it. Reviews can only be signed once they are finalized.

Next to the review finalized review, click the three-dot menu.

Select the option to "Sign Review"

After selecting this option, you'll be directed to the signature page. Alongside the confirmation checkbox for your signature, you'll find an optional comment section. Upon clicking "Save," an email will be automatically sent to your manager, notifying them of your signed review. Additionally, any comments you've provided will be visible to them if you choose to leave any.

Once you sign the review, you can review the date and comments you left by opening the review and navigating to the "Approval" tab. This will show a log of when both you and your manager have signed the review.
