When you enable Goal Weighting within the Goals application, the Goal Weighting Report is automatically available under the Reports menu option for Admin and Super users.
Navigating the Goal Weighting Report
When viewing the report, the filter automatically defaults the Start and End Dates for the report default to the current calendar year.
The report is structured by Department > Team Member, displaying goals grouped by team member within the selected date range. You can expand and collapse departments and individual goals within each department.
The report also includes a calculated Summary which includes a Weighted % Completed field per team member.
Filtering and Exporting the Report
To the far right, you have options to filter and export records. When you select the Export Records icon, you will see the option to export Filtered Records or Summary Records.
Some teams choose to utilize the option to export Summary Records for compensation purposes if this is relevant to their organization.
