Providing On Demand 360 Feedback
Providing On Demand 360 Feedback

To provide unsolicited 360 feedback, your organization's admin must have the "Internal On Demand" setting enabled within your Account Settings. This setting must be set to "Off."

If your organization permits on-demand feedback, you can easily provide it by navigating to Apps > 360° Feedback. From there, click the green plus sign on the far right and select the option to "Provide Feedback."

On the next page, you will be prompted to provide feedback regarding the selected individual's Performance Objectives and Core Values/Behaviors.

You also have the option to indicate a Project, if applicable.

Depending on your account settings, the feedback might be named, anonymous, or you will have the option to choose.

Note: If someone does not have a current or past Performance Review, you will not be able to provide feedback. In this case, a pop-up will appear letting you know that the employee's manager has been notified that you would like to provide feedback. you will be prompted to notify the Employee's Manager about wanting to give feedback.


Once the feedback is provided it will go to the individual's manager(s). This feedback may be shared with the employee if the manager(s) so chooses.
