Resuming and Completing an In-Progress Check-In

Reminder: Manager-level users and above should ensure they’re in the “Me” view when resuming/completing their individual check-in.

Users have the ability to start a check-in, save the drafted response, and resume at a later time if needed. The Check-In application includes an autosave feature that saves your changes automatically. This ensures your updates are preserved until you're ready to submit.

Resume a Check-In

To resume an in-progress Check-In:

  1. Navigate to Check-Ins on the left navigation menu

  2. Select “Resume Check-In” in the upper right corner

When you click the "Resume Check-In" button, the form will reload your previously saved comments. You can then review, add to, or modify your responses before completing your check-in.

Important Note: If you are not ready to submit your check-in, be sure to select the “Close” button. Selecting “Complete Check-In” will submit the form, meaning it can no longer be edited.

Complete a Check-In

Once you have resumed your check-in, you will have the opportunity to submit the form by clicking “Complete Check-In” in the top right corner. Upon submitting, your manager will receive an email notification. For more information about completing a check-in, please visit this article.
