As an Admin user in WorkDove, you have the ability to customize the configuration of your 9-Box application. To get started, navigate to Settings and select the 9-Box Configuration tab.
We provide two options for configurations. The first is the WorkDove Configuration, offering preset options. This is ideal for organizations new to 9-Box or uncertain where to start.
The second option is Custom Configuration, allowing you to personalize the settings.
If you choose to customize your configuration, follow the steps below.
Complete the Instructions tab.
Assign the X and Y-Axis labels and instructions from the X-Axis and Y-Axis tabs.
Add box labels and definitions on the 9-Box tab.
Additional details can be added to the definitions for each 9-Box section to best describe the expectations for each section.
Finally, review the Preview to ensure is the configuration is set as desired.
