How To Edit Performance Review Cycles and Due Dates

If you created a performance review and now need to update the review cycle or due date you can do so in two ways: editing a single record or editing multiple records.

Edit a Single Performance Review Record

Within the Performance Review application, use the three-dot menu to update the appropriate review record.

Once you are viewing the record, click the Details section in the right sidebar to expand this option.

From here, you can update the cycle and due date information as needed. If your organization utilizes multiple due dates, you can update each of the associated due dates here as well. The changes are saved automatically.

Edit Multiple Performance Review Records

From the Performance Review application, you can also use the Bulk Operations tool to make edits to multiple review cycles and due dates at once.

Once you click Bulk Operations, select which reviews you would like to edit. Then select "Bulk Edit"

From the Bulk Edit menu, you will see the option to update the review cycle and associated due dates. Depending on if your organization utilizes the multiple due dates setting, you may see several due dates available to be edited from this screen.

Then, click Proceed to apply your changes. You will then see your changes reflected in the Performance Review application table.
