Saving Filter Views
Updated over 9 months ago

WorkDove offers a 'Save Filter' feature across many applications. This allows users to save specific filter views for quick access later, saving time by eliminating the need to reapply filters.

Saved Filters are stored exclusively within the account of the user who created them, ensuring privacy and security. They are not accessible to other users or team members. As a result, each user only has access to the filter views they created.

Creating a Saved Filter

To create a saved filter, navigate to the desired application. Then, either click the "Saved Filters" icon located in the top left corner or click the filter icon on the far right side.

Once the filter view is open, set the parameters of the filter view you would like to save. Next to the "Apply Filters" button, click the up arrow and select "Save New Filter."

You will then give your saved filter a name and click "Save & Apply."

Once created, you can access this saved filter from the "Saved Filters" icon on the far left.

Updating a Saved Filter

If you want to update a filter, apply the filter and then add or change the settings in the filter view on the far right. Once you make changes to the saved filter, an "Update Filter" option will appear. You could also save a new filter with these changes by selecting "Save New Filter" instead.

To edit the title or delete a Saved Filter, use the menu option access from the Saved Filter icon. The pencil icon will allow you to edit the name of the saved filter view.
