After creating your survey in WorkDove, it's time to review the results.

Who Can Access Survey Results?
Super Users and Admin Users can access results for all surveys across the organization.
Managers can view the survey results for their direct reports.
Steps Accessing Survey Results
For Super Users, Admin, and Managers, the process of accessing the Survey Results is the same.
Navigate to Apps>Surveys. Then, Click on the three-dot menu on the right side of the respective Survey.
Select the Results Icon
In the results, you will see high-level identifiers for survey respondents, including their Position, Department, Location, and the date the survey was completed.
You can apply various filters to narrow down the results, as long as the account setting to allow these filters is enabled. Since this is a Help Desk setting, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our support team to enable this on your behalf.
Exporting/Sharing Results
On the Results page, the Print icon in the top right corner will generate a formatted report that can be saved as a PDF or printed for further analysis.
