Admins and Super Users can delete individual performance review records using the single-record delete option in the three-dot menu. However, sometimes you may need to delete multiple reviews all at once.

To streamline review management, the Bulk Operations tool provides a Bulk Delete feature, allowing the simultaneous removal of multiple review records for efficient time management.

1. Access the Bulk Delete option using the Bulk Operations icon in the top right side of the Team Reviews table.

2. Select the appropriate records or click "Select all."

3. Then, Select “Bulk Delete.”

3. Once you've made your selection, we'll ask you to confirm the request. This is because when handling a large number of records, mistakes can happen. You'll have the chance to cancel the request if needed.

4. You will see a success banner at the bottom of your screen confirming your changes were applied. This banner also includes an UNDO option. (The UNDO option is only available until you refresh your screen.) If you need to restore deleted reviews after refreshing the page please reach out to support for assistance.

Currently, you can only delete performance reviews that haven't advanced through the review process. As a result, you might receive a message stating that some or none of the reviews you chose for bulk delete will be removed.

In case some records can't be deleted, a message will appear, and you'll have the option to download a report that highlights the records that couldn't be deleted using the bulk tool. If necessary, you can still delete these records individually.

If none of the records are able to be deleted, you will see this message.

Keep in mind, these records can still be deleted individually but you may want to capture information related to partially completed reviews.
