How Do I Sign My Employee's Review?

Steps for signing the performance review from the manager's perspective

After completing the evaluation process and the review conversation with your employee, it is time to sign the performance review.

To do this, navigate to the performance review and click on the three-dot menu.

Then, select the “Sign Review” option.

When you select Sign Review, you have a couple of options.

  • Sign and save the review: Select “Yes, I am ready to sign the review” and click “Save” - this will move the review to the "Past" tab within the Performance Review app and grant the employee access to view your ratings and comments. No additional changes can be made once the review is signed.

  • Sign, save and copy the review: You can also elect to copy the Performance Review which copies this review template to a subsequent review cycle of your choosing. If you select the “Yes, copy the review to set up the next cycle,” the form will appear below and allow you to set the review cycle information. You can also copy the review at a later date if needed.

Note: There is a setting option available that may enable employees to see the manager's comments and ratings in the review once the manager marks their portion as complete. This would be before the review conversation. Contact support for more information.

When you sign the review, the employee will receive an email reminder to sign as well. They can view and sign their Performance Review by navigating to the “Past” tab within their Performance Review app.
