How to Use the Survey:
Before starting the performance management process: Use the survey to establish a baseline of team engagement.
After performance management activities: Reassess engagement levels to measure improvements in productivity and team dynamics.
Managers can send the survey directly through WorkDove and view the results for their own teams. Super Users and Administrative Users have the ability to send the survey and review results for the entire organization.
Results include a graph, and the number of participants count for each statement.
