Why can't I view a Check-In for my team?

There are a couple of reasons why you might not be able to view someone's Check-In.

If your employee is not included in the Team Check-In table please see below:

Ensure you are assigned as the employee's Primary or Secondary Manager*

Ensure you selected "My Team" in the top navigation selector.

If you are not the Primary or the Secondary Manager but the employee is within your reporting structure, remove the Manager pre-filter and apply. This will return all employees within your organizational reporting structure.

If your employee has NOT yet Checked-In you will NOT see the "View" option in the dot menu.
