There may be times that, as a Manager, you will want to see all of the information for a team member. In the WorkDove Platform, Managers can easily view their employee's dashboards.

First, ensure that you are logged into the application and have "My Team" selected in the blue Navigation Selector in the top left corner of your screen.

Whenever you initially log in to the application, your page will default to the Dashboard, which is where you will want to be for this task.

The Dash Card on the left panel of your Dashboard will have your team listed. Simply click on the team member whose Dashboard you wish to view and you will be taken to their information.

Now you can see their progress on all of the features you have enabled within your Company's account, such as Check-Ins, Recognition given to or written by the employee, pending Learning assignments, and more!
