Leadership Succession Report
Leadership Succession Report

The Leadership Succession Report tracks four components that are directly tied to questions within the Performance Review application.

Each of these components is associated with specific settings in the Performance Review application. For the Leadership Succession report to turn on, the settings that align with these four components must be toggled on in your account. The Leadership Succession Report is available to Super and Administrative Users.

Enabling the Leadership Succession Report

Read below for more information on each setting:

1. Employee Identified Next Position

Getting input from your employees on their career path is an important piece of Leadership Succession. Enabling this preference will allow your employees the chance to identify their next desired positions within their performance review. The positions available in the dropdown pull directly from the 'Positions' listed under People.

Once this setting is toggled on, a second setting will be available that allows employees to indicate an aspiration desired position.

You have the option to include one or both of these fields for employees to complete on their self-assessments.

2. Leadership Identified Next Position

This setting allows managers to identify the next best position for the employee and what next action is needed when completing their portion of the review. The positions available in the dropdown pull directly from the 'Positions' listed under People.

3. Relocatable

This is a user profile field to capture the relocatable status of the employee. Knowing whether the employee is open to relocating is helpful when making leadership succession and other promotion decisions. This is a yes/no field that can be updated in the employee's profile.

4. Tracking Corrective Action

In some cases, employees may have an active Corrective Action plan in place. Enabling this setting allows managers to track whether the employee has an active plan when completing their portion of the reviews.

Accessing the Leadership Succession Report

Once all fields above are enabled in your account settings, the Leadership Succession Report will be available under the "Reports" tab on the left-hand menu.

From the Leadership Succession Report view, you will be able to see the relevant fields that are associated with the setting that have been toggled on. You will also see scores associated with the individual performance reviews.

To export this report, utilize the export feature to the far right.
