Copying a Review
Updated over 10 months ago

There are a few ways to create a new performance review. You have the option to create a review from scratch, utilize a predefined review template, or take advantage of the copy feature.

What is the benefit of copying reviews?

  1. Consistency Across Team Members: Copying a review allows you to replicate it from one person to another. This proves beneficial when establishing reviews, ensuring that team members share the same expectations and review setup.

  2. Efficient Review Cycle Setup: The copy feature also enables you to duplicate a review for the purpose of setting up the next review cycle. This is particularly useful when concluding the current review conversation, as it allows for the seamless establishment of expectations for the upcoming review cycle immediately.

Note: There is an Account Setting available that may restrict Managers from Copying Reviews.

There are two ways to copy a review

1. Copy from the Team Review table

  • Navigate to Apps > Performance Reviews. From the review table, select the appropriate review and use the three-dot menu to select "Copy Current Review." This can be done from Current or Past Reviews (see toggle in the top right corner).

2. Copy when signing the current review.

After the review has been completed and approved (if applicable), there will be an option to sign the review.

In both methods, clicking "sign" will open a new page where you can not only sign the review but also choose to copy it for subsequent cycles.

After clicking the copy option, additional fields will appear, enabling you to specify the recipient of the copied review. You will also indicate the intended year and cycle for the copied review.
