How Do I Assign a Learn topic?

Managers, Super users, and Admin users can assign Learn Topics. The Employees will be notified in their Message Center about the assignment and can mark the topic as complete once they have reviewed it.


There are two ways to assign Learn Topics:

1. Under the Apps section, select Learn

  • Select the "Assign Topics" button.

2. Under the Library section, select Learn Library

  • Select the "Assign Topics" button.

Regardless of which option you choose, after clicking the "Assign Topics" button, you will be taken to the Assign Learn Topics page.

  • Once inside of the Assign Topic page, you must first select the Topic(s) for the assignment, then switch to the People tab and select a due date, and Employee(s) for the assignment. Then click, "Assign."
