Below are a few details on how the Message Center works.
In-App Message icon with message counter - you will see a new badge icon with the number of unread messages
Message Drawer - quick view of messages where you can jump to a specific message or click to view your Inbox
Message Center - Read and Unread message options
Messages will include profile of sender, message content, tagged by feature, and links to related record
View all your messages or filter based on Me, My Team, or My Company to narrow the results
Activity Email - A Team or Company Activity email with links to view selected messages and take action
Some email notifications and reminders are sent via email individually in addition to appearing in the message center.
Activity Email
Manager users and above will receive 1 digest style email with a count of messages from the previous day's activity. Activity emails are sent Monday - Friday. Monday's email includes activity from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
