Welcome! Launch Overview
Welcome! Launch Overview
Updated over a week ago

Welcome! We are thrilled to be your partner in performance management.

You are unique! The list below is a high-level overview to help you get started. And since you are unique, launching all the features at once may not be your thing. That's okay! The list below includes all features so pick and choose which ones work best for you.

Adding Users

Send us your user import spreadsheet or Add Employees directly in the system.

Company > Purpose

Mission - Add your Company's Mission Statement. Don't have one? Use our template questions to help you craft a meaningful mission statement.

Vision - Add your Company's Vision Statement. Don't have one? Use our template questions to help you "paint the picture" for your team.

See the template option image below.

Goals - Share Company's Goals here or enable our full Goal feature to manage cascading and agile goals for the team.

People

Users - if you sent us your users, don't sweat it! We will add the initial set for you. If not, you can add your team yourself.

We have 4 user roles. Not sure which role to assign? User Roles.

Job Descriptions - Adding Job Descriptions can be done a little later, but if you have them ready, go for it!

Behavioral Profile - When adding your team into Performance Culture, we have the option to upload employee Behavioral Profiles. What are Behavioral Profiles?.

Engage > Check-Ins

Team Check-Ins - Create Check-Ins for your team to begin frequent coaching conversations. Start with questions from our template or create your own.

Library > Objectives / Workplace Behaviors / Questions

Create Performance Objectives - If you have a list, you can easily add them under the Library menu. Otherwise, don't worry, these can be added by manager users and above when creating a review.

Review Workplace Behaviors - We pre-load several behaviors with definitions. We recommend you review these and update the definitions if needed or add your own.

Review Templates (Templates > Performance Review) - Using templates really makes reviews easy to create. Create a template for each role or maybe one template for all. Once you have templates, managers can quickly assign the templates to their team.

Questions - Add any additional questions you may want to ask during the review conversation. These can be done later, but if you are already using questions, why not add them?

Tip: Try to ask open-ended questions. These are questions that typically begin with "What" or "How".

Engage > Team Reviews - This is where you will create and manage the review records for the team. Use the Add Review menu option to start the process. Once you get reviews built and begin to rate the performance, your Team Reviews Current may look something like this... (with mostly Stars we hope).

Engage > 360 Feedback

Think about what questions may be good to ask your employee's teammate or even a client when requesting feedback. Got 'em? Great! Add them to your question library to help managers standardize their feedback requests. We also provide a template with a few questions you may want to consider. Roll out 360 Degree Feedback right away or when you are further into the review process.

How likely are you to ask this person for help when you need extraordinary results? 1 to 5

What should this person do more of?

Is there something this person should improve or stop doing?

Optional: Projects - a simple way to tag and organize feedback. What are Projects in 360 Feedback?

Engage > Learn

Curious about Training? We have you covered. In the Learn feature, you will find a complete micro-training program for both Managers and Employees. We also include a complete series of Coaching Videos as well.

When you are ready, assign the appropriate topics to the team and track them on the Team Learning Plan.

If you have your own topics, create categories and content to manage your organization's learning initiative.

Whew... that was a lot! I am sure you rocked this list. If you have questions about getting started or taking the next steps, start a conversation or search our FAQs.
