Periodically, WorkDove will review your account utilization and reconcile the number of active users against the number of seats purchased with your Connector Subscription in ADP WorkForce Now.
If you need to increase the number of seats to match your current utilization, follow these steps. ** Please note that an ADP account admin will need to perform these steps.
Login to the ADP Apps dashboard.
Navigate to MyApps.
Locate the WorkDove Connector app.
Hover over the app and press the blue gear icon.
From the options menu, press Manage App.
Click the Update Subscription tab.
Modify the Number of additional Users box located in the bottom right.
Once the necessary number have been entered (in multiples of 20), press Continue.
Click the Gear Icon from MyApps:
