Importing or updating users is a straightforward process when your WorkDove account is linked to your ADP Workforce Now account.

Once the initial set of users has been imported, the application will fetch changes from ADP throughout the day to keep your data up to date. Changes made in ADP should be synced to WorkDove in about an hour. If you do not see your changes reflected after an hour, ADP may be delayed in sending them to us. In that case, you can expect to see your changes the following day.

Keep in mind that you can manually sync your data at any time! To perform an on-demand sync, follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to the People Directory using the left side menu option.

  • The directory or list of users includes an ADP Import workers icon.

  • Follow the instructions in the pop up window with more details.

The date and time of the last sync indicates the most recent synchronization that resulted in changes within WorkDove. This is located in the bottom right of the user list.
