Sending the Welcome Email

Whether you are introducing a new team member to WorkDove or resending a welcome email, the steps below will guide you through sending the 'Welcome to WorkDove' email. Additionally, this process can be utilized for resetting a password.

Navigate to People>Employees and locate the specific team member to whom you intend to send the Welcome email. Then, click on the three-dot menu next to their name and choose 'Edit Employee.'

In the 'Send Email' field, switch the option to 'Yes,' and then click on 'Save' in the top-right corner. Once saved, the email will be sent


Note: If you sent a welcome email before and are now attempting to resend it, don't be alarmed when you see that the 'Send Email' option defaults to 'No.' This setting is intentionally reset to prevent the automatic sending of the Welcome Email each time you edit someone's profile.
