If you wish to hide the directory of all employee names from both employee and manager users, you can find an option to do so in your Account Settings within the Preferences tab.

The User Management section provides a setting that allows you to hide the directory from employee and manager users.

If the People directory is hidden, manager users will still see their Team Dashboard Card located to the right of the navigation bar on the main dashboard page.

If you prefer to hide this Team Dashboard card as well, there is an additional setting within Preferences that removes this team card from the view of manager users.
