Resolving Common Login Errors

Learn what to do when you can't log in, including steps to fix common login issues.

Updated over 8 months ago

If you're having trouble logging in to WorkDove, this article will guide you through common login issues and the steps to resolve them. Whether you’re encountering a "Username Not Found" error or other problems, follow these tips to get back on track.

Important Note: For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser.

If You Receive a "Username Not Found" Message, Follow These Steps:

  1. Use Your Company Email
Ensure you're using your full company email address (e.g., [email protected]). If you don’t have a company email, use the correct personal email address instead.

  2. Check for Typos
Double-check your email address for any typos. If you’ve recently changed your name, try logging in with both your old and new email addresses.

  3. Try Email Aliases
If your organization uses email aliases (e.g., [email protected] and [email protected]), try both options.

  4. Confirm Active User Status
Make sure you’ve been added as an Active User in WorkDove. You may be trying to log in before your account has been created. Contact your Admin or HR team to confirm your account is active.

  5. Check SSO Settings
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), check with your IT team to ensure you're using the correct email or username for authentication.

Additional Tips:

  • If Support is Offline:
Reach out to your HR team to verify that your email matches the one on file in WorkDove.

  • Using a Link from an Email Notification:
Make sure to open the link in a compatible browser. Links may open in your default browser, but Internet Explorer is not supported.

  • Forgot Your Password?
On the login page, enter your email and click the "Forgot Password" link. You’ll receive an email to reset your password.
