We offer many SSO (Single Sign-On) options. If you are having difficulty logging in and your account is using one of our SSO options, please see below for troubleshooting steps.

In all SSO processes, we are matching your email address to authenticate your user access without a password. Be sure the email address you are using to access WorkDove is the same email that's linked to your ADP Workforce Now account.

There are a few reasons why your email will not log you into WorkDove.

  • Email Address does not match. Be sure to use the Business Communication Email Address listed in ADP.

  • You denied Consent the first time you attempted to login. Visit here for help on how to provide consent.

  • Your ADP account is not setup or inactive. Reach out to your account Administrator.

  • You are not logged into your ADP Workforce Now account. The login page will redirect you to the ADP login form.

  • If errors persist, they may include an error code from "Ref: 0001" through "Ref: 0009." Please include the Ref code when you contact support.
